Abstract:
     In this invention, the blast furnace melt iron is added by melt steel to regulate the chemical compsn., over heated by electrical furnace and after the incubation spheroidizing, is casted by semi-continuous casting machine in the base body of the nodular cast iron pipe the cementite content is lesser than 4%, the tensile strength is over 40 Kg/mm2 and the specific elongation is 3~5%.
