Abstract:
     This technology does not change the procedure of the original metallurgy process, but only adding salt to the molten stell before closing the furnace door and tapping as well as in the steel ladle. In this way, the oxygen content in steel reachs 18.2-21.2 ppm, the particulates of foreign matter are small, the oxide is surrounded by sulfide, the particle size of carfide reachs 0.6 mu, and the specified contact fatigue lifespan can reach 34.86 times 10 to the power 6.
