Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for producing of low-phorsphorus steel from molten metals having conveniently phosphorus content, wherein the decarbonizing and dephosphorizing can be completed remutaneously in one-step in the molten metals in the metallugieal furnace, especially converter, as refining gases mainly or completely consisting of commerically pure oxygen top-blows onto the molten liquid while a inert gases for sterring blows from the bottom into the liquid, manganese content of which holding in the furnace is less than 0.2% by weight, then line is adding to make refining. The phosphorus content of the molten steel can be reduced to 0.005% or less by weight by the end of belowing, the slag does not change.
