Abstract:
     The invention is about a blow technology of bottom oxygen blast compound injector of top-bottom double-blown converter or nozzle used in converter process. The center pipe of the double pipe injector is a nonmetal one. Around the double pipe there are several satellite pipes. Around the double pipe and satellite pipes there is the high-pressure modelled magnesium carbide refractory. Oxygen goes through center pipe, nitrogen and argon or carbon dioxide through ring canal and the satellite pipes. The injectors cooling is provided by the gas speed itself. therefore, problems of injector, such as short life, great damage of converter bottom, energy waste, effect on steel quality are overcome. The invention can be applied to bottom oxygen-blast in converter process.
