Abstract:
     A oxygen lance device for secondary feeding oxygen to convertor is useful for blowing oxygen into the metallurgical convertor for secondary oxygen supply. The device consists of a red copper feeding oxygen pipe and red copper ring cooled by water for oxygen split-flow which are connected together at the low end of the pipe cooled by water. On the ring there are distributed oxygen split-flow holes which have slight different angles to the vertical direction. The oxygen injected from the holes will form an oxygen colum which takes the lance as the center axis above smelting pool the convertor, to make the high-temp. CO gas escaped from smelting pool reburning consistently so that the temp. of the smelting pool is increaced and the smelting is improved blowing.
