Abstract:
     According to the principle that lead has a certain solubility in molten steel by the action of external pressure, nitrogen gas or argon gas or other inactive gas is filled in smelting furnace, so that it can inhibit the ebullition of lead and therefore the lead treated steel in which the lead content is uniformly distributed is obtained after casting and freezing. The lead treated steel which is made according to the present invention is used for making parts of wristwatch, its machinability, part surface finish, cutter life and part size stability can meet the requirements of manufacturing wristwatch parts.
