Abstract:
     The present invention is characterized by using the blast furnace molten iron hot-charging oxygen-blowing furnace for blowing-melting process and then direct casting. With the said method, it is unnecessary to use remelting process with a cupola to adjust chemical element for improving the strength by adding scrap steel, thus energy is saved in iron and steel-melting process. It is applicable to grey cast-iron, white pig iron as well as other cast iron.
