Abstract:
     The invention relates to process of vessel slag afterheat self-decomposition, which includes putting the hot slag awaiting treated in pressure container, then spraying water on the surface of hot slag, generating the saturated vapour having certain pressure in the container, with hot slag cooling rapidly, proceeding to treatment with the pressure vapour. Since the process of the invention is all completed in the closed container, the condition of high-temp. and high-dust in operating are improved, afterheat is fully used, the energy is not consumed, process is safe, process time is short, efflorescence rate and decomposition rate are higher, slag-steel should be fully decomposed and used respectively so it has higher economic benefit, the processing equipment is simple and is easily spreaded.
