| This invention adopts a metallury method of blending the inert gas or the mixture of the intert gas and weak oxidizing gas from bottom into the arc electric furnace. To stir the molten bath in such an effective way that the metal steel liquid will give birth to numerous pops, which will keep moving up and make the metal liquid around the pops flow upward. In this way, the metallury period can be shortened, the production cost will be lowered. It can also improve the quality of the molten steel and the productivity of the arc furnace. | |||
