Abstract:
     Valve seat and valve disc are cooled by forced vaporization. The small cooling jacket is made of thick wall seamless steel pipe. The valve stem is fitted with a new type stuffing box. The refractory layer of the valve disc is designed as an ortho-hexagonal honeycomb expansion joint with anchoring pieces. The inside surface of the valve cover is packed with light insulating material. The valve body and valve guide are make of heat-resisting steel. In the valve base there is a rectangular space to collect ash and other solid particles.
