Abstract:
     The present invention is characterized in that the molten slag is treated by spraying powder process. Various products can be made depending on the slag and additive powder material. The problem is powder spraying technolgy. What products are desired and what powder material be used. High active slag, high-aluminium slag and fertilizer containing complex elements can be made from blast furnace slag and special powder material. High alkalinous active steel slag and high-stable steel slag containing small amount of free calcium oxide, low in pulverization degree can be produced from steel slag and special powder mateial, liquid steel slag, furnace slag, copper slag and other slags produce foamed slag by spraying powder process and the resulting foamed slag is then casted into block used as building materials.
