Abstract:
     This invention presents a kind of direct reducing process which is carried out in a rotary kiln. Solid carbonic matter containing high volatile components is pushed into the kiln from two ends under the condition that generally no driving gas is introduced into the kiln. Besides, this invention also provides a special kind of rotary kiln for implementing this process.
