Abstract:
     The present invention is related to a kind of method for manufacturing slag sand (granular solids) which is made of blast furnace slag via high-pressure water flow granulation. In order to decrease and prevent the detrimental gas substances H2S and SO2 from diffusing into environment, a high-pressure liquid flow mixed with water-vapour, granular solids and detrimental substances is directly injected into a water receiver, so that the remained vapour and unclean detrimental substances H2S and SO2 are cooled and condensed in a condenser by use of counterflow of injection water, and the remained gas after vapour condensation is discharged from top of the condenser. At the same time the cooling water is once again inlet into a injector through a return line.
