Abstract:
     This invention relates to a technology of using a kind of one-shot furnace bottom blowpipe installed in the furnace hearth before drying of the furnace. By the method of blasting to the furnace bottom to carry out drying and ignition of the furnace with assistance of other appropriate operating measures, the quality and velocity of drying may be improved. The temp. at lower part of the furnace hearth may be raised rapidly after start-up. And the coal gas can be safely introduced earlier to heat up hot-blast stove, ensuring a rapid, smooth, convenient and economical start-up.
