Abstract:
     This invention relates to the method of super high pressure steadly operating with large blast furnace and device for furnace top. The device removes dust in furnace throat by means of super high pressure nitrogen, exploring charge by artificiality, rotation and dipangle of chute without interference with each other, being sealed up with wedge-shaped valve, duct spiraling down, Heatproof sleeve and heat insulation layer are set additionally for furnace cover. The pressure curve of furnace top can be controlled between 2-2.5 kg/cm2. The temp. curve can be controlled at 200 deg.C 20 or-20 deg.C (hot charge), 300 deg.C 20 or-20 deg.C (cold charge). Heat resistance safety coefficient of the furnace top reaches up t0 4-6.
