Abstract:
     A kind of rapid adjustment method of cinder alkalinity and desulfation for iron-smelting blast furnace is to respectively charge furnaceburden to be adjusted and replenished in the storage bins, then flow into hot air pipe under the control of valves and be directly blown into the blast furnace through the tuyere. The method is not only more rapid than that the furnaceburden is loaded into the furnace from the top of the furnace to adjust alkalinity and desulphurize, but also is remedial measure raising metallurgical intensity. The invention is simple in equipment manufacturing (comparing with blast furnace coal-blast equipment), convenient and safe in operation.
