Abstract:
     This invention relates to smelting technology of blast furnace. The invention discloses a type of distributing process which can make the ore/coke ratio along the edge zone of the furnace higher than that in the central zone, and keeps the ore/coke ratio in the intermediate zone to be the highest. The key points of this invention are: adopting the deeper stockline, enlarging the diameter of the bell and the amount of the ore charge, and also adopting the mixed filling sequence with forward and semi-reversed filling, so that the fuel ratio of blast furnace is effectively reduced by 3-5%, the quality of pig iron is improved, the life of furnace is extended by 50%, the production cost of pig iron is reduced by 3-5%, and the production capacity of blast furnace is markedly increased.
