Abstract:
     This is a charging and distributing device at the top of a blast furnace, it belongs to blast furnace equipment. It consists of such parts as small receiving hopper, upper cut-off valve, upper sealing valve, big receiving hopper, lower cut-off valve, lower sealing valve, connector, fixed filler, supporter, conic distributer, upper equalizing valve, lower equalizing valve, etc. The adjustable filler fitted at the middle of the supporter when adjusted with the four adjusting screws can move a certain distance to any position in the horizontal direction to eliminate the deviation phenomenon of gas. The conic distributor is fixed by four flat booms at the upper part of the furnace throat. It has distributing effect only and does not have sealing effect for gas. The effects of adjustable filler, combined together with that of a conic distributer substitute thoroughly the effect of a rotating distributor.
