Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a newly designed welded tuyere of helix type which can be installed side by side with the original tuyere so as to reduce the dull region of low temp. between blast furnace and tuyere. Thus the temp. along furnace wall rises, the soft molten zone in the furnace moves downward respectively. This results in a temp. rise in the whole lower region of the furnace shaft and the corresponding improvement of economic benefit. Besides, rate of metal recovery for iron and manganese is also elevated.
