    The invention discloses a preventing method and application of fiber waste to cover and inhibit weed, which comprises the following steps: cleaning and flatting soil of weed; paving a layer of waste newspaper, cotton, napkin or waste burlap on the soil; covering a little of soil on the fiber waste; fitting for preventing weed.
