Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention relates to a tuyere for blast furnace smelting or shaft furnace producing, especially a tuyere making use of shock-wave for the self-control of making input air to be independent from back pressure. The key point lies in the tuyere duct being of contraction-expansion mode. As the invented tuyere of contraction-expansion mode operates under the designed blast pressure, provided that the fluctuation of furnace tank pressure is less than pemax value, in the expansion section would be generated a shock-wave which makes the tuyere input air keeping constant. The invention can effectively eliminate the serious obstacles such as the pipe formation, material suspension and deviation in the blast furnace producing material layer and obviously raise the smelting strength. | |||
