Abstract:
     The tanning technology of pigskin is present in the invention in which the tanning material with rare-earth elements and low content of chromium is used to tan first and the glutaric aldehyde is used to tan again, while the Na2S does not used. The expanding, feedbacking, complexing and drying techniques are synthesized and the treating technique of pollution of chromium and glutaric aldehyde is present. The difference of different parts of pigskin is eliminated. The rate of high-quality is over 85%, the tanned skin is soft, uniform, smooth, antiage and durable. It can be used for high-grade leather clothing.
