Abstract:
     This invention includes:water-soaking, meat-removing, pickle, organic aldehyde tanning, neutralizing, drying, organic solvent defatting, moisture regain fatting, perching and finishing processes. It is characterized by that in the course of tanning the tanning liquor contains 2-6g/l of formaldehyde and 2-6g/l of acetaldehyde; in the last stage of tanning process its pH is 7.5-8.3, in the last stage of neutralizing process its pH is 3.5-4.2, in the course of moisture regain fattening the concentration of cationic fattening agent solution is 8-12%.
