Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of auxiliary bleaching synthetic tanning agent suitable for processing light color and white apparel leather and soft face leather. It uses phenol class, concentrated sulfuric acid, formaldehyde, sodium sulfite (or sodium hydrosulfite or their mixture) and urea etc. as raw material, through the technical steps of sulfonation-sulfone-forming-sulfo-methylate-uric aldehyde reaction etc. so as to make an anionic auxiliary bleaching synthetic tanning agent. The invented technical convention is free from pollution, cost is low, its product can be completely dissolved in cold and hot water. Its pH accommodation is wide. It is used for tanning. Its leather semifinished product is white, light-resistant uniformity is good, hand feeling is soft, full and round, therefore it is a good chemical material for processing high-grade apparel and soft white leather.
