Abstract:
     In this invention, vegetable oil modified polyhydric alcohol is reacted with excess poly-isocyanate, and a prepolymer of polyurethane with an end group of isocyanate is formed. Then the molecule chain is expanded by polyethylene-polyamine and halohydrin, and is neutralized with water solution of acid. By emulsifying and desolventizing aqueous cationic veactive polyurethane is obtained. The product of this invention is applicable to tanning, filling, dying, colour fixation, and aecorative coating of leather, and the loose surface of leather may be overcome. It may be also applicalbe to textile, papermaking, building material, and plastics.
