Abstract:
     The invention belongs to high molecular composite material. It mainly solves the problems of hard film forming, short in softness, no ductility, easy to break, high hygroscopicity and mildew growing and insect biting, etc. which is existed in the application of original dry casein in tanning and paper making. The invention let paper resin polymer, such as acrolein resin, polyamide resin, butyl acrylic acid acetate, methyl ester, hexanolactam to react with amino hydroxyl in molecular chain of dry casein to modify and reach the hardness/softness and ductility of adjustment of forming membrance matter. The invented adhesive made by this method has the merits of good softness and ductility, less hygroscopicity and no mildew growing and insect biting. Its viscosity and quantity of solid content is greater than that of products of Federal Germany.
