Abstract:
     The waterproofing agent can prevent water from permeating leater without influence to air permeability of leather. It consists of wax and its chloride, volatile solvent, atomizing agent and essence, and the chloride of wax may be produced by either introducing chlorine into wax solution or recompounding wax chloride with other compounds. Because the said product contains active and volatile component, its use is fast and simple. It may be used for the treatment of leather and various fabric through spraying, brushing or soaking.
