Abstract:
     This technology features that a high-temp pre-tanning and repeated tanning method is used and an embossing step is in use after the spraying colour and before lustre fixation to make the leather product have naturally distributed concave-convex texture, luster and arbitrary colour. Its advantages are that natural and beautiful pattern is formed on the surface of leather product, instead of smooth surface, so making it splendid and beautiful, and smaller defects on the surface of leather may be remedied by pattern.
