Abstract:
     This invention is a flocking method for artificial leather with following technological steps: PVC clean faced artificial leather is used as substrate, it is coated with glue by gluing machine, then residual glue is scraped out with scraper, it is fed to electrostatic flocking chamber for flocking, then it is dried, fine hairs are brushed by brushing roller and the product is produced; it is prefered for pattern grinding to get better guality. This invention has advantages: PVC clean-faced artificial leather may be used, simple technology, flocked leather having effect of similarity to real leather, and low price.
