Abstract:
     A protecting agent of leather belt, which features that it can be easily attached to pulley, is prepared from rosin (4-7%), animal oil (1.5-2.5%), plant oil (1.5-2.5%), talc powder (0.5-1.5%) and asphalt (rest). It has a fixed shape with binding layer at its bottom surface and protecting film on the binding layer. In the course of belt running, the state of said protecting agent changes from solid to viscous substance without flowing, so the running leather belt is continuously infiltrated for higher toughness and preventing ageing.
