Abstract:
     A method for making the elastic raw material with 3D pattern includes such steps as spilling the raw board into elastic sheets and rolling the elastic sheet by a pair of rollers on which there is the cancer-convex pattern while splitting. A splitting machine for implementing the said method is composed of machine table, a pair of the said rollers, driven mechanism, and a splitting mechanism. Its advantages are a splitting mechanism. Its advantages are high productivity, no influence to the nature of elastic raw material and high uniformity of density.
