     The invention leather embossing work takes single zinc platee as mould,through chemical corrosion shaping necessary embossing design on single zinc platee mould. It includes following steps:first, through chemical corrosion shaping necessary embossing design on single zinc platee mould; second, heat 40 deg.C-60 deg.C on the bottom of zinc platee, press on theembossing design shaping embossing design on the leather raw materials.The leather raw materials choose from single zinc platee, it costs low, and zinc'schemical property is relative liveliness, better hardness, it is suitable for making leather embossing design; owing to embossing design uses chemical corrosion on the zinc platee, it greately cuts making period;as leather raw materials adhibit cheap PU skin, PVC skin or artificial PUC skin besides pigskin and cowhide, it lows costs of production and makes for quick updating of product.
