Abstract:
    A stainless steel full automatic beating softening rotary drum, which drum body is provided with two drum side walls, a columnar drum outer wall, a baffle plate, two rotary shafts, a take-throw material gate, a drum outer wall shield which covers the drum outer wall and two drum side wall fenders. The drum outer wall is made up of several uniform equal share tabular circular arc segment units. The two edges which corresponding to two generatrix edges of two conterminous tabular circular arc segment units are connected by some bolts. Each drum side wall is made up of some uniform equal share tabular sector units. Two edges which corresponding to two straight line edges of the two conterminous tabular sector units are connected by some bolts. The two edges which corresponding to the two straight line edges of the two conterminous tabular sector units are connected together by some bolts. Thus, and the drum body is made up into knock-down fission structure. Accordingly, the device packs and transports the rotary drum in dividing block; it reduces the packing volume, is convenient to transport, the assembly of the drum body is easy, and has low cost.
