Abstract:
    A stainless steel full automatic octagonal beating softening rotary drum, whose drum body is provided with a drum side wall, a drum outer wall, a baffle plate, a shaft head, a strap wheel, a take-throw material gate, a drum outer wall shield and a drum side wall fender. The profile of the drum body is octagon. The outer wall of drum is made up of eight uniform equal share rectangle plates. Each drum side wall is made up of eight uniform equal share isosceles trapezoids. Each drum side wall is connected to the drum outer wall by some bolts. The shaft head and the belt wheel which locate at single side of the drum body and another shaft head which locates at the other side of the drum body are respectively fixing connected to a drum side wall by a bolt. The shaft head presents the structure of dismountable flange joint. The drum outer wall and two drum side walls are respectively provided with an outer wall reinforcing rib and a side wall reinforcing rib. The device has strong adaptability to different tanning technology, and is convenient to transport. The shaft head of the drum body can be token down independently and is convenient to maintain or replace, and the drum body has strong ability of resistance to deformation. The rotary drum has large trainload, and long service life.
