Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a preparation process of artificial stereo vein leather. The structure of the leather comprises: a leather or fiber material layer, a resin layer of various color that is coated on the leather or fiber layer and reveals different colors by dyeing with dyestuff, an innumerable convex mini-balls distributed on the resin layer to form the first veins, and local parts of the first veins sanded to form second veins. The present invention discloses the production method of the above product, which includes: manufacturing the mould of expected veins by pressing prototype object on it, pouring resin on the location of the veins, waiting its curing and adhering on the leather or fiber layer and then removing the mould, finally, the artificial leather production with stereo effect is obtained. The characteristic of the present invention is imitating the stereo effect of natural leather and durable. Additionally, different designs can be obtained during sanding process and very tiny parts can be displayed.
