Abstract:
    The vibrating and impacting flat leather grinder includes one frame with grinding plate and tension spring unit to form the elastic connecting structure to the frame; one longitudinal driving shaft with cam driving unit; one driving motor connected to the longitudinal driving shaft; one eccentric wheel set on the longitudinal driving shaft or the grinding plate with horizontal eccentric distance in between; and one leather feeding and speed limiting unit below the grinding plate. Under the action of the cam unit and the eccentric wheel, the grinding plate grinds the leather on the leather feeding and speed limiting roller in jumping and vibrating mode to obtain ground leather with high quality.
