Abstract:
     The suede leather surface cleaning machine includes a frame, a grinding plate with leather grinding emery cloth in the inside surface and elastic connecting structure to the frame, a motor with rotating shaft connected to the grinding plate through bearing and overweight block on the shaft, and a leather feeding device comprising at least two speed limiting rollers, and conveying belt and pressure regulating plate. The grinding method with the said suede leather surface cleaning machine includes conveying leather with the leather feeding device, holding leather between the grinding plate and the planar support plate, and grinding leather through contact with the grinding plate. The present invention can produce reverse suede leather with homogeneous and short piles.
