Abstract:
     With grain (rice, maize), yam (dry sweet potato slice, dry cassave slice) and the material rich in starch directly used as raw materials, through the processes of dilation, dissolution, hydrolysis, saccharification, neutralization and filtration, the liquid glucose is extracted. The method is simple to process, convenient for operation, low cost and superior in the quality of products. The extracted liquid glucose may be used as raw materials in the production of monosodium glutamate, sweets and other fermentation industry.
