Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the production method of various starch sugar from rice. The key of the said method is to utilize the filter residue of grinding process. The residue is again ground, digested, diluted and filtered to increased the converting rate of starch to suger, esp. the converting rate of glucose in ground powder production, by 5-8%.
