Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method of preparing fructose and glucose mixed syrup with sucrose. The sucrose is hydrolyzed into fructose and glucose. It has liquid acid, enzyme and solid acid hydrolysis methods. The said invention uses a strong acid cationic resin whose catalytic activity is high as catalyst. Under the selected temp. the sucrose is hydrolyzed into the fructose and glucose. According to the requirements of various property-different fructose and glucose mixed syrups, it can select cationi column or cationic and anionic calumn combined different preparation processing lines. The color value of fructose and glucose mixed syrup produced by use of said method is low. When the sucrose is fully hydrolyzed, boty fructose and glucose are possessed of 50% respectively.
