Abstract:
     The method disclosed by the present invention includes following three steps: the starch emulsoid is made from starch, amylase and stabilizer; after liquefaction, the liquid sugar is added, and the new starch syrup is made up after heating, sterilization and concentration. The features of said starch syrup are short production period, low cost, being honey-like semifluid, unadulterated taste, moderate sweetness, good transparency, non fermentation at high temp. and no crystalline sediment at low temp. It can be widely applied in food.
