Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method of producing glucose by using corn as initial raw meterial. It is characterized by that the corn is made into starch milk or corn meal mush, and isn't made into starch finished product. During the transformation of starch into glucose, the said invention uses the enzyme liquefying and acid saccharifying processes, so that the quality of the liquefied liquid can be ensured, and its by-product is greatly reduced and its acid saccharifying effect is greatly improved. The production of glucoses with different gualities by use of said invention has the advantages of small investment, short production period, stable product quality, high yield, greatly economized water consumption, energy consumption, grain-consumption, installation, factory building and labor. Besides, its comprehensive utilization ratio is high and its cost is low.
