Abstract:
     The present invention discloses the method of producing crystalline fructose and liquid sweetening agent, e.g., of obtaining corn syrup with high-fructose content from intake liquid containing dextrose. Part of dextrose in intake liquid is isomerized into fructose, and high-fructose flow is separated from the resultant dextrose/fructose flow. Partial fructose in high-fructose flow crystallizes, and the residual mother liquid is mixed with dextrose flow to produce liquid sweetening agent.
