Abstract:
     The separation process of fructose from glucose uses fixed boric acid, i.e. phenolaldehyde resin with boric acid group as separating resin, by taking the advantage of difference in stability of complex formed by fructose and glucose with boric acid group on said resin. The separating resin with boric acid group is produced using halo-phenyl alkyl ether as raw material Grignard reaction and phenol-aldehyde condensation reaction. Said resin is low in cost, simple in technology, stable in operation, and convenient for regeneration.
