| A process for preparing pure sugar powder features that high-concentration (65-75%) syrup at 50-70 deg.C is sprayed into spray-drying granulating tower, the hot wind at temp lower than 120 deg.C is sprayed into the tower from its bottom, and the atomized syrup particles in suspended boiling state in the tower to form fine granules which are dropped down to bottom for discharge out of tower. Its advantages are simplified technology and high sugar recovery rate up to over 98%. | |||
