Abstract:
     An enzyme transferred stevia rebaudiana sugar is prepared through that on the carbon atom of stevia rebaudiana sugar, the cyclodextrinose transferase is used to link multiple moleculae of glucoside. Its advantages include preventing decayed teeth, no influence to blood sugar and human body weight, moderate sweetness and lower cost.
