Abstract:
     The preparation method of special-purpose starch syrup for beer-brewing technology is characterized by using corn starch as raw material, adopting enzyme-enzyme to make stepped-inversion and making said material undergo the processes of nitrogen retention, defatting, decolouring, purification and concentration to produce the invented product. It can reduce beer-brewing cost and raise beer quality.
