Abstract:
     The present invention discloses one kind of plant sugar compounded with natural plant extractives in a certain proportion. The plant sugar contains denatured starch 50-95 wt% and stevioside 5-50 wt%. The preparation process includes extracting stevioside from stevia, preparing water solution of stevioside, mixing with denatured starch extracted from corn, drying and pelletizing in a one-step dyring and pelletizing machine. The plant sugar is low in heat value, harmless to human body, and is an ideal sugar substitute for diebetics, hyperlipemia patient and obesity patient.
