Abstract:
     The invention is a liquefaction craft in glucose producing which features in that after first jet liquefied, starch flows past laminat pot for insulating process by means of "bottom in and top out", concretely is that starch influxes from the bottom of first laminar pot and outflows from the top, then it influxes from the bottom of the next laminar pot and outflows from the top in order, after that, it carrier on second jet liquefaction. The craft has advantages that the separating effect of starch protein and starch is good, and so is the dispersing effect of protein flocculation and starch, it also has more absolute liquefaction and saccharifying, high conversion rate, the DE value of glucose liquid can be stabilized above 98.5%.
