Abstract:
     The invention discloses a xylose production method. The method comprises : weighing raw material corn cob or bagasse or rice husk, placing in reactor, purifying, hydrolyzing using 1％ dilute sulfuric acid, then adding calcium carbonate to neutralize, pH 2.8-3.0, filtering, successively using cation exchange resin, anion exchanging resin and anion exchanging resin, at last enzyme hydrolyzing eluent to obtain product. The method is simple compared to original method, and production period is shortened to 8 hours from over 50 hours, the cost is lowered ,the yield is increased.
